Information You Give Me:
If you contact me, I may keep a record of our correspondence.
Every time you log on to my website your IP (Internet Protocol) address is registered on the server. Information about your browser type and configuration, the date and time of your visit, the type of device and what operating system was used is automatically collected when you use and interact with my website. Some of this data might be capable of and be used to approximate your location.
This information is used to help manage web traffic, report errors and assist with security on my website, or (in case of criminal activity or misuse of my information) to cooperate with law enforcement. I do not use this technology to get any personal data against your knowledge or free will (i.e., automatically recording e-mail addresses of visitors).
HOW I USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
I will only collect and process personal data about you where I have lawful bases. Lawful bases include consent (where you have given consent), contract (where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you (e.g. to deliver the Services or Goods you have requested)), legitimate interests (In specific situations, I may require your data to pursue my legitimate interests in a way which might reasonably be expected as part of running my business and which does not materially impact your rights, freedom or interests.) and Compliance with a legal obligation.
Where I rely on your consent to process personal data, you have the right to withdraw or decline your consent at any time and where I rely on legitimate interests, you have the right to object.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES
I do not share any personal information I collect when you interact with my websites, with any other organisations or individuals, except of course in the unusual event that I am required to do so by law, and with my website hosts and developers for the continued routine operation, development and maintenance of this website.
HOW I SECURE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
I use third-party security software to help secure my websites against malicious activity and applicable technical measures such as encrypting transfers of data to or from my servers, via a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
Whilst I take all reasonable precautions to protect any personal data users may input via this website I cannot be responsible for and therefore exclude all liability for loss or misuse of personal data which is intercepted or otherwise accessed by unauthorised persons.
In the unlikely event that I believe that the security of your personal data, obtained via interaction with my websites and that is under my control, may have been compromised, I will attempt to notify you. To the extent you have provided me with your email address and assuming that I have not deleted it, I may notify you by email and you agree to my use of email as a means of such notification.
HOW LONG I RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Whenever I collect or process your personal data, I will only keep it for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless I am otherwise required to do so for legal reasons.
At the end of that retention period, your data will either be deleted completely or anonymised, for example by aggregation with other data so that it can be used in a non-identifiable way for statistical analysis and business planning.
